Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the retreat planning and coordination services provided by HR Revolution.

1. Booking & Deposit

A 60% deposit is required to confirm any retreat booking. The remaining balance is due in instalments:

• 30% at final schedule confirmation

• 10% within a week after the retreat ends

Additional charges may apply for changes made after confirmation.

2. Payment Methods

All payments must be made via bank transfer to the account provided by HR Revolution. Payment instructions will be included in your invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@hr-revo.com.
Fees apply based on the time of cancellation before the retreat date:

• 40+ days: 50% refund OR option to reschedule once at no extra cost

• 20–40 days: 25% refund

• Less than 20 days: No refund

Refunds exclude non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.

4. Participant Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding participant numbers, preferences, special needs, and other logistical details.

5. Supplier Terms

HR Revolution works with trusted suppliers. Each supplier may have its own terms and cancellation rules which will be communicated in advance.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a smooth experience, HR Revolution is not liable for third-party delays, cancellations, force majeure, or injuries that may occur during retreats.
